Yes. Scaffold, skip hire and materials can each have their own line, or you can fold them into one price.
Can I say what's not included?
Yes. Add a line or a note, for example that any rotten timbers found once the roof is stripped will be priced separately.
Can I send it before I leave?
Yes. Describe the job when you're back on the ground and send it by text or WhatsApp there and then.
Can I add VAT?
