If something's gone wrong

It helps us sort it quickly if your email includes:

  • the email address on your QuoteMate account
  • whether you're on iPhone or Android
  • the quote number, if it's about a particular quote
  • a screenshot, if there's something to see

Billing and cancelling

Subscriptions are taken through the App Store or Google Play, so that's where you manage or cancel yours. The pricing page explains how billing works.

Your data

You can export your data or delete your account from inside the app. For anything else about your information, see the privacy policy or email us.
