Who is QuoteMate for?
Sole traders and small firms in the trades: builders, plumbers, heating engineers, electricians, painters and decorators, roofers, joiners and landscapers. If you quote for jobs at people's homes, it's built for you.
Do I need to be good with tech?
No. If you can send a voice note, you can use QuoteMate. Tap the mic, talk about the job, check the numbers and send.

Subscribe for £12.99 a month for unlimited quotes. Cancel anytime, no contract.
Can I change the prices before I send?
Always. The draft is yours to edit. Change any line, add or remove items, or switch to a single total.

What does my customer see?

Can QuoteMate add VAT to my quotes?
Yes. If you're VAT registered, turn on VAT in your business settings and add your rate and VAT number. QuoteMate adds VAT to the quote and shows the subtotal, VAT and total. If you're not registered, leave it off.
How long is a quote valid for?
30 days by default, and the date is printed on the quote. You can change it on any quote before you send.
